LEIGH ANN O’NEILL

Lauth O’Neill Physician Agency, LLC was founded by Leigh Ann Lauth O’Neill when she realized the need for physicians to have a close partner in their job search process.  Married to a physician, Leigh Ann recognizes the importance of physicians having someone in their corner who will guard their legal and financial interests, and who will help ensure that the career they have worked so hard to achieve is structured to meet their expectations.  Leigh Ann spent over six years practicing as a health care attorney with two major health law firms before she founded Lauth O’Neill.  In her legal practice, Leigh Ann represented physicians and other health care providers in a wide array of legal matters, including employment contracting, provider reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and payment reform.

Laura Lauth Andrews

In 2015 Laura Lauth joined Lauth O’Neill Physician Agency as a physician agent and attorney. Laura provides careful consideration of her clients’ most pressing professional and legal needs, and thoughtfully advises them as they navigate their job search and physician contract review processes.

Laura earned her B.A. from the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism at Indiana University, and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. Laura is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois.  Laura can be reached at lklauth@lauthoneill.com or 317-979-0081.
